Pre-Production
This phase includes planning the concept, developing the storyline, creating the characters and the setting, designing the layout, and creating the models and props. During this phase, the team also creates the animation pipeline, which is a system for managing the flow of work throughout the production process.01 -
Production
In this phase, the team creates the animation itself by creating the virtual 3D environments and setting up the camera angles, lighting, and effects. They then add the movements, actions, and behaviors of the characters, props, and other elements in the scene. This phase involves using a combination of computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modeling, and animation software to create the animation.02 -
Audio and Sound Design
After the animation is completed, the audio and sound design team adds music, sound effects, and voiceovers to the animation. They synchronize the audio with the animation to create a cohesive and engaging viewing experience.03 -
Post-Production
This phase involves editing and tweaking the animation, including modifying the lighting, effects, and textures to achieve the desired look and feel. The team also adds graphic elements such as subtitles, credits, and end titles. After finalizing the animation, it is ready for export and distribution.04
